A Cup Made With Care, Every Single Time
Every leaf we use is sourced directly from small-batch gardens in Assam, Darjeeling, and the Nilgiris.
We visit our growers. We know their names. That relationship is the foundation of every cup we brew.
Our craft begins before the kettle.
In the selection, the blending, the timing — each tea is prepared at its ideal temperature and steeping time, because shortcuts don't belong in a good cup of chai.
Chai & Co. was born from a simple belief:
that a tea shop can be a sanctuary. A place where the city slows down, strangers become regulars, and regulars become family.
